Here is a picture of my garden that I would like to
share with you. I’ve included it on the web site because gardening is a
passion of mine and I’ve always found it very therapeutic and relaxing.
In the Anxiety Action groups I’ve held in the past,
I’ve always included visualization i.e. picturing a garden or some other
beautiful place and letting your mind calm right down, clearing it of jumble
and any intrusive thoughts and relax. Remember a calm mind leads to a calm
body, free from any anxiety symptoms. That is the ultimate goal. So look
at my beautiful garden think calm and relax.
